Kat Again No To Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir and Katrina’s fans are very curious to watch their combo once again after Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. Imtiaz Ali gave that chance to the Bollywood audience by opting them for the movie Rock Star.  Earlier Katrina Kaif has agreed for this movie but later she has walked out. To adjust dates for Hrithik Roshan‘s upcoming venture Running With The Bulls only she has denied that offer.

This time once again she has said no to Ranbir Kapoor. This time for Anurag Basu’s Khamoshi. Anurag Basu recently announced this project with this couple. Priyanka Chopra is going to play a key role in this film. From this project also Katrina Kaif has walked out.

As per the news from the sources, Priyanka Chopra’s appearance only reason behind the Katrina Kaif’s walk out from this project.

Earlier Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra‘s names was finalized as female leads in Abbas-Mustan‘s new movie. But Priyanka Chopra was opted out from the project. It disappointed some Bollywood audience who was very curious to see this gorgeous beauties together.

Here is good news to those who disappointed earlier. This two girls are going to share screen soon. Recently Anurag Basu has announced a movie with Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor. Its a romantic thriller. In this movie Priyanka Chopra is going to play lead role.

This movie will hit the sets soon. Anurag Basu has not revealed more details of this film. Mostly he will start this film after his much waited Kites which have Hrithik Roshan, Barbara Mori and Kangana Ranaut in lead roles.

Katrina Kaif Busy Busy In 2010

Katrina Kaif is now acting in the movies Tees Maar Khan and Rajneeti. Among them one is a political back  drop movie and another one is romantic and comedy entertainer. Among them Rajneeti shooting almost came to end and Tees Maar Khan shooting is going to very rapidly.

Two new movies of Katrina Kaif are going to start from this June onwards. One among them is Hindi version of The Italian Job. In this movie she will share screen with Neil Nitin Mukesh and Abhishek Bachchan. Another movie is Zoya Akhtar’s untitled venture. In that movie she will pair opposite Hrithik Roshan.

On the other hand she will also start working for Dostana sequel also in this summer. So this she is going to spend a busy busy schedule. All the above movies are prestigious ventures only. So hope that this year and next year she will deliver back to back hits.

Who Replaces Katrina Kaif

Katrina Kaif has walked out from the project Rockstar. Its the upcoming movie of Ranbir Kapoor. Love Aaj Kal and Jab We Met fame Imtiaz Ali is the director to this movie. He has also said that its his dream project . He has roped many heroes for the lead role, but finally fixed it to Ranbir Kapoor.

On the other hand Katrina Kaif was in his mind while writing the script only. He has no second thoughts about female lead. But Katrina Kaif gave shock to him. She has left the project only because of Zoya Akhtar ‘s next movie.

Katrina Said No To Akki

Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar have paired opposite in many Block Busters. But in recent past Katrina has rejected in many movies to pair with Akshay Kumar. Recently she has denied the offer to do an item number also in Akki’s movie.

Housefull is the up coming movie Akshay Kumar. Sajid Khan is the director and Sajid Nadiadwala is the producer to this movie. They have opted Aishwarya Rai to do an item number in this movie. But she rejected that offer. Later they took Katrina Kaif instead of Ash.

But Kat also not ready to do this song. So finally it went to Jackqueline Fernandez.

He have opted Ranbir Kapoor for the lead role in this movie. He has roped Katrina Kaif to pair opposite Ranbir. She has also shown green signal to this movie. But now she has walked out of this prestigious project.

The resons behind this is, she got the chance to pair opposite Hrithik Roshan in Zoya Akhtar‘s untitled venture. To adjust dates for that movie, she said no to Rock Star.

Farhan Akhtar’s sister Zoya Akhtar has announced a movie recently. She has opted Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol for the lead roles. Its a movie based on the road trip. Spain is the backdrop to this film. Zoya is planning to make this movie mostly in European and Brazil locales.

Zoya has opted Sonam Kapoor as female lead in this movie. But Sonam has denied this offer. Now Zoya Akhtar is considering Katrina Kaif’s name. According to inner sources Katrina Kaif is very happy about this offer. She will pair opposite Hrithik.

Abhay and Farhan has no female leads. Farhan Akhtar is planning to produce this movie under his own banner excel entertainments.

Sonam Kapoor Fear ?

In recent past Sonam Kapoor became very good alternative to Katrina Kaif.In three prestigious flicks Sonam Kapoor replaced Katrina Kaif. Tees Maar Khan is the Akshay Kumar‘s upcoming comedy thriller. Farah Khan is the director to this movie. For this movie Farah has approached Katrina Kaif earlier. But she rejected the offer due to the less remuneration offered by Farah.

Farah has roped Sonam Kapoor for that role. In Akshay Kumar’s another comedy film Thank You which will be directed by Anees Bazmee also Katrina Kaif was first choice. But finally it went to Sonam Kapoor’s bag.

On the other hand, Katrina Kaif got the chance to act with Hrithik Roshan in Zoya Akhtar’s next movie. Zoya approached first Sonam Kapoor first for that role, but she rejected lack of dates.
